Instagram ad for mattress topper that was nothing like the picture
What showed up in the mail was not even close. It was this thin pad with four elastic corners, and you still need a mattress cover to keep it down. Nothing like the fluffy thing in the ad. I emailed their customer service at [email protected] and they said I could return it to Australia, in the original packaging, at my own cost. From the US that would cost more than the product itself.
I told them that wasn't possible, so they said they would send a replacement. They never did. I followed up a few times and nothing. So I'm out 199 bucks for a cheap pad that looks nothing like what they sold. Total scam.
