Sent mortgage payment through Western Union, money never arrived

I went to Walmart to make a mortgage payment. I wanted to go fast so I sent it through Western Union. I told the cashier it was a code my mortgage company needed to get the payment. But she said she could send it through bill pay and it would go to them.

Well, it did not. I sent my payment of $2200 on March 6th. Today is April 2nd and they still have not received it. Now my mortgage is delinquent.

Western Union tells me my payment is at the mortgage center. I contacted the mortgage center and they don't have the payment. I don't know where my money is.
