Ordered a mattress pad from Westmonth and got no return address
The product I got was inferior. When I tried to return it, I couldn't get a return address. I sent 4 emails asking for the return address and got no response at all.
I lost $272.99 on this.
Facebook ad for mattress topper turned out to be a thin piece of material
What showed up in the mail was just a thin piece of material. Not even close to what they advertised. I tried the email they have [email protected] and nothing. The website is westmonth and the address they gave is 1351 Charles Willard str., Carson, CA 90746. Phone number is 1(541) 709-1070 but nobody answers.
Just a total waste of money. I feel stupid for falling for it.
