Facebook ad for mattress topper turned out to be a thin piece of material

I ordered a 4 inch mattress topper from these people after I saw it on Facebook. I went to their actual website and it looked legit so I placed the order. Cost me $244.98.

What showed up in the mail was just a thin piece of material. Not even close to what they advertised. I tried the email they have [email protected] and nothing. The website is westmonth and the address they gave is 1351 Charles Willard str., Carson, CA 90746. Phone number is 1(541) 709-1070 but nobody answers.

Just a total waste of money. I feel stupid for falling for it.
