Paid full price for a mattress topper that looked nothing like the ad

I bought a mattress topper and paid the full $269. They took my money and I got the package. But when I opened it, it wasn't anything like what they showed online. Not even close. The material was different, the thickness was off—just a total waste.

Now I can't get anyone to answer me. I've emailed that [email protected] address and I tried calling the number they had, (614) 989-1680, but nothing. No refund, no reply, nothing. I just want my money back for this thing.
