WEX bank fleet card keeps adding fees I never agreed to

I have a fleet card through WEX bank and they keep charging me $75.00 late fees and $10 paper statement fees. The thing is I never even got any statements from them in the mail. So how am I supposed to know when a payment is due if they don't send me a bill?

Their customer service is really bad. I called them a few times and nobody could explain it to me. They just kept saying I owed the money. It feels like they are out to take as much money out of you as they can. I already lost about $225.00 to these fees.

Be aware if you are dealing with WEX bank. Their website is wexcard.com and they have an email at [email protected]. Their address is a P.O. box in Salt Lake City. I think it's a total scam.
