Ordered a guitar part over a month ago and still nothing

I ordered a guitar part from WhammyParts.com on April 6th. It is now May 15 and I still have nothing. No part showed up.

They won't answer my emails. I have sent a few now and nothing back. There is no phone number on their website at all. Their address is just a P.O. Box in Torrance, CA. I paid $12.60 and I feel like I just threw my money away.

Their website is https://www.whammyparts.com/ and their email is [email protected]. I don't know what else to do.
