Ordered shirts that never arrived and PayPal sided with them

I ordered 3 shirts from whateveri.com. Total with shipping was $66.65. First they said it was coming from Spain. The tracking number they gave me showed the item still in Michigan over a month later. Then they sent me a second tracking number saying it was coming from China. That one showed delivered. It was not. I never got anything.

Filed a complaint with them and they refused to give me a refund. So I filed with PayPal. PayPal sided with the scammer because their tracking says delivered. It was NOT delivered. I have no shirts and no money back. Their email is [email protected].
