Delivery company on WhatsApp said my boyfriend underpaid for luggage

A couple months ago, this unusual delivery company messaged me on WhatsApp. They said I had to make a remaining payment of 3,000 because my boyfriend only gave 1,000 for the shipment fee. My boyfriend sent me his luggage, but the delivery company said he underpaid.

I heard it’s not common for the receiver to pay, especially with a delivery company asking for so much money. It most likely does not sound right. I already lost 2,000 dollars to this. Please help me resolve this issue.
