Preorder paid in March still not delivered and no replies

I placed a preorder on March 21, 2026 and I still haven't gotten anything. I paid $86.92 for it. I've emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times and nobody writes back. The website is whimsythreadsboutique.com. I just want my money back or the item. I don't know what else to do. They have a phone number too, 1(870) 723-6810, but I haven't tried calling yet.
