Ordered from Whimsythreads, never got my item and the site is gone

I placed an order on Whimsythreads.com. They charged my card for $200 right away. The projected ship date they gave was way out in the future, past the time I'd even be allowed to do a charge back. That felt off from the start.

The ship date came and went, no item. No delivery. Then I found out the company just changed its name. Still nothing from them. Now their website won't even open anymore. I never got the product and I'm out the money.
