Website keeps charging me after I cancelled the service

I cancelled my service with whitebridge.ai a while back but they keep trying to charge me anyway. It's already cost me a few overdraft fees because of it. I don't know why they can't stop.

I've told them I cancelled but it doesn't seem to matter. They just keep sending charges through. It's frustrating because I didn't even want the service anymore and now I'm losing money on fees I shouldn't even have to pay.
