Ordered a security camera online and got something completely different

I saw an ad on Facebook for a Mini HD Night Vision Security Camera. The ad said no subscription and no WiFi needed. I paid $29.98 plus $5.98 shipping with my debit card.

It took 32 days to arrive after I kept asking where my order was. They told me to use a tracking website and asked me not to leave negative reviews on Facebook. When the package finally came, the instructions said the camera needed both a subscription and WiFi, which is the opposite of what was advertised. The return address on the package was for a person named Abby Adkins in Dallas, Texas.

I feel like I was misled and got a product that isn't what I ordered.
