Paid $50 deposit for a firefighter lookout stay that might not exist

I saw this ad on Instagram about some new stay opening up, like a firefighter inspired lookout tower. It said it was in Oregon, maybe Bend or McMinnville. I paid a $50 deposit to get first access to book a stay when it opened.

I’ve gotten a few "work in progress" emails but nothing real. No actual info on when it’s opening or if it’s even real. Their website is crappy and the phone number just goes to someone named Whitney’s voicemail. I can’t find anything else about this place. So I’m out $50 and no stay.
