Ordered a wig over a month ago and owner stopped replying after saying it was a processing error

I ordered a wig from wigfetishcostore.com about a month ago. I talked to the owner a week ago and she said there was some kind of processing error and she would email me the tracking and labels in 3-4 days. I gave her a full week and then messaged her again direct and got nothing back.

I have asked for my wig or my money back. She just took my money. I lost $115. The company name is Wig Fetish Co. and they are in Texas.
