Got another fake "Final Notice" check in the mail

I got another piece of mail that's just like the one already reported. It looks like a check with "FINAL NOTICE" on it and talks about an "allocated waiver" for $195.00. It's signed by a William H. Keating. This one had my information on it and a different phone number, 800-409-1469.

The mail was dated for 3/17/2026, so this is still happening. It's clearly the same scam, just with a new contact number. I didn't lose any money, but getting this stuff is annoying and feels off.
