Got a fake final notice letter about my property from a scammer

I got this letter in the mail that's clearly a scam. It's the same one other people have reported. It's a fake check signed by a William H. Keting and it has all this scary wording.

It says "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED" and "FINAL NOTICE" about my property on my street. It says they reserve the right to revoke some waiver after 7 days. The whole thing is obviously nonsense. They just want to lure you in.

The letter tells you to call immediately at 1-800-202-6231, saying it's their final attempt to notify you. They even list hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 CST, and a fake record ID number like EES52. It's just a way to get you to call so they can run their scam. I didn't lose any money but it's annoying.
