Got a weird message from someone named Anne about a "business matter"

I got this message from someone named Anne. It said it was about a personal business matter. She said their firm has made several calls and they really need to hear back from me as soon as possible, preferably today.

She told me to call or go to their website, www.williampeters.com. She said I could chat with an agent there. The message said this attempt to reach me has been documented. It said they may be forced to take further steps and begin skip tracing in my county if I don't respond.

I don't know who this is or what business matter they're talking about. I never signed up for anything with them. It felt really off. The whole thing didn't make sense to me. Please do the right thing and get this handled, that's what the message said. I just want them to leave me alone.
