Getting harassing calls about a debt from over a decade ago

I keep getting calls from Williams and Associates. They're trying to collect on some charged-off debt from HSBC back in 2010. They call me and they call my family members too.

They are very abusive and rude when they call. They threaten legal action and say they're going to put a lien on my house. It's been going on for a year now, this harassment. It just doesn't make any sense for a debt that old.
