Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, every single day. I've told them to stop calling me, but they just keep doing it. They're very aggressive and rude when they call.

I never gave this company my number. I never applied for any loan with them. I think they got my information from some shady website. Now they just won't leave me alone. It's been going on for weeks now and it's really frustrating.

Got a weird call from someone named Anne at Williams Peters

I got a phone call from a person who said her name was Anne, and she was calling from Williams Peters. She said there was some kind of matter that needed to be solved right away. She told me I needed to contact her firm, Williams Peters, as soon as possible.

She didn't ask for money exactly, but she wanted me to call back and answer questions. It felt off immediately. I know it's a scam because I'm from the 336 area code, and there is no business around here with that name. The whole thing was just strange and suspicious.
