Got a threatening call about a debt from a company I don't know

I got this call from someone named Tina saying she's from Williams Peters and Associates. She said they've been trying to reach me and I need to respond immediately. She told me to call back at 1(833) 726-9174 or go to their website williamspeters.com.

She said the matter is formally documented and if I don't respond they'll do skip tracing in my county to find me. It felt really threatening. I have no idea what this is about. I don't owe them anything and I never heard of this company before. The whole thing just didn't make sense and now I'm worried.
