Ordered a handbag, got tracking updates, but it never arrived
I ordered a handbag from what looked like a normal US website, Willowveleco. I paid $53. The site sent me tracking information through something called 17Track. For about ten days, nothing showed up on the tracking. Then it updated to say the item went through US Customs. Then nothing again for another ten days.
After that, it said the item was handed off for local delivery. But it never came. I contacted the vendor to ask for a refund. They told me they couldn't issue a refund until the item was delivered. Then I started getting emails from their customer service, called "SilverCity," saying the item couldn't be delivered and asking if I wanted to reorder it with a 30% discount. It doesn't make any sense. I just want my money back for the bag I never received.
