Ordered a patriotic wreath from a wounded veteran but it's coming from China

I ordered a patriotic wreath that was supposed to be made by a wounded US veteran. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten it. The tracking shows it's coming from China.

Another person reported them to ScamPulse.com and said they got a painted flat wreath that was poorly made. Ours is supposed to be made of many varied red white and blue tied ribbons. I paid $29.99. Their email is [email protected] and their phone is 1(215) 421-2313. They also have an Instagram.

I just want what I ordered or my money back.
