Phone call saying I won millions but needing to do bank stuff first

Got a phone call from Winners Circle. They had the PCH logo on a Google phone video chat. Said I won 2.5 million dollars and a Mercedes-Benz. Then they started saying I need to do some certain things with a bank check.

They gave me a winners number and wanted to set up a live meet up here at my home. I tried calling any number you can to report a scam and every time I call about it they just hang up.

Honestly feels like this whole world is a scam now days, especially around tax season.
