Ordered from Winsor and Co. and never got my items or a real tracking number.

I placed an order on March 4, 2026, from winsorandco.com. They say they're in Sarasota, Florida. I never got any order confirmation or shipping confirmation, nothing. When I finally got them to answer, they gave me a tracking number. That number doesn't work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. They won't give a real tracking link or even say who the carrier is.

They keep telling me my order is "in transit" but can't prove anything. Their answers don't make sense. They even tried to say I used a different email address, but they have no proof of that. Also, their website has had a "one-day sale" going for way longer than a day, which feels really deceptive.

I'm out over $344 and have nothing to show for it. I'm pretty sure this is a scam.
