Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, and it's been going on for weeks now. I've told them to stop, but they won't leave me alone. The people calling are very aggressive and rude.

I never applied for a loan with them. I think they got my number from some shady website, maybe from when I was looking online. I saw the name Winsor & Co. connected to it. It's really frustrating and feels invasive. They just keep calling and calling.
