Ordered a solar garden light that doesn't work at all

I saw an ad for a solar-powered Luma Owl light for the garden on the website winston-decor.com. I placed an order and paid $90 for it. When the item arrived, it just does not work. I tried putting it in full sun for days and it never lights up. It's completely defective. I've tried to find contact information for the company but the website doesn't have a working phone number or a real address listed. I sent an email to the address on the site but never got any reply back. I'm out the money and have a product that is useless.
