Ordered a truck part from a website and never got it

I ordered a AFM/DFM disabler for my truck on May 9th 2026 and haven't received it. I have sent 4 emails to them. One was canceling the order and they said they would cancel it and give me a refund immediately. That was on May 23rd 2026.

I even sent an email after around the first of June and never got a response back. The website is woinex drive afm dfm disabler and the address is in IL, USA. I lost 99 dollars on this.
