Ordered something online and they took my money but never sent anything

I placed an order on their website Wonsapin.com using my credit card. They charged me $40.00 for the product. That was it. I never got anything in the mail, no tracking number, no nothing. The site looked fine when I ordered. Their email is [email protected] and they have an address listed in Colorado, USA but I don't know if that's even real. I just want my money back or the product I paid for.

Ordered online and never got my package after 23 days

I placed an order online and got a confirmation saying it was being processed in China. Then I got a bunch of updates but they were all in Chinese, I couldn’t really understand them. After 23 days I got an update saying it was delivered. But it wasn’t.

I sent like 4 or 5 emails trying to find out where my order was. Every reply was the same generic thing—said the package was delivered and it was my problem to contact USPS or my neighbors myself. But they never gave me a USPS tracking number. Nothing. I lost $35.80 and never got anything.

Ordered 12 t-shirts and never got them, tracking said delivered

I ordered 12 t-shirts from this company. Waited over a month and nothing showed up. The tracking number said it was delivered but it was not. I checked with my local post office and they said the number was never even in their system. So I have no idea where that tracking came from. I spent $42 and got nothing. Tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. Their address is 1500 N Grant St Ste R in Denver but I don't even know if that's real.

Ordered 20 shirts and never got anything back

I ordered 20 shirts from this website wonsapin.com. It was 28.30 dollars total. I paid through the site and thought it was fine.

Never got any shirts. No tracking number or anything. I tried emailing [email protected] and nobody ever wrote me back. The phone number they had was 1(918) 571-2150 but it just rings.

I feel stupid for falling for it. The site looked real enough at the time. Just wanted the shirts and got nothing.

Took more money than agreed for shirts I never got

I ordered some t-shirts from them, the price was $23. They ended up charging $62.98 on my card. Never got the shirts.

The phone number they gave is (303) 669-2212, which is just some regular person’s phone number, not a business. Their address is 1500 N. Grant Street in Denver, but that goes to some telecommunications company, not a clothing place.

So I paid way more than I agreed to and got nothing. Not sure what else to say.

Ordered something a month ago and still nothing

I ordered a product from them and waited almost a month. They sent me fake tracking updates, said it was delivered outside of any delivery service hours. I was actually awake and walked outside — no vehicles, no packages, nothing.

I reached out twice through email and got no response. No items, no refund, and I’m out $45.25. I don’t know what else to do at this point.
