Ordered tools but USPS tracking number never worked

I ordered tools from this website woodrangertools.com. They gave me a tracking number with USPS. But when I tried to look it up USPS said the fee had not been paid so the number would not work.

The website showed a 4 star rating and the comments seemed real. I don't know what happened. I called the number on the site (888) 413-5241 but no one picked up.
