Bought a tool from a Facebook ad and still not refunded

I bought a tool from Wood Ranger Tools this past spring 2026. Saw the ad on Facebook and it looked good so I ordered it. Cost me $85 on my Discover card.

I returned the tool pretty soon after I got it. It just wasn't what I needed. But I never got the credit back on my card. I've been waiting and nothing shows up on my statement. They took my money and I'm out $85 with no tool and no refund.
