Ordered online and never got my item, lost $180

I got an email from [email protected]. I ordered something from them online and paid with my credit card. That was back on February 27, 2026. The money came out, $180.

It said delivery would be 7 to 10 days. It's been way longer than that now. I never got what I ordered. Nothing ever showed up. I tried to contact them but got no reply.
