Ordered teak utensils, charged $72, never got anything

I bought some teak utensils online from Woodlystore.ca. They billed my credit card for $72 back on February 22. It's now March 30 and I never received anything.

I got one email from them apologizing, saying they were a new mother who got overwhelmed with orders and can't fulfill them right now. They sent a 20% off coupon. Like, hello? How's that going to help if people order more? Lol.

After that, nothing. I even emailed them back when they sent a "How do you like your product?" email, saying I hadn't received it. Never heard back.

Ordered utensils online and never got them, no response to emails

I ordered some teak utensils from Woodlystore.ca and paid $138.31 for them. I never received anything.

There's no phone number to call, just an email address: [email protected]. I sent three emails to that address and never got a single reply back. Nothing.

The site says they're based in Ottawa, ON, Canada. But that doesn't help me. My money is just gone.

Ordered wooden utensils online and never got them, lost $72

I saw an ad on social media for wooden cooking utensils from woodlystore.ca and I placed an order. I paid $72 for it. The order was supposed to come from an address in Canada.

I never received the items. Not a single thing showed up. I’ve sent emails to [email protected] asking about it and they won’t reply. They just ignore my messages. My money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.

Ordered and paid but never got my items, now the site is gone

I placed an order on February 17, 2026. They told me it would be 5 to 9 business days. I checked the shop delivery app and nothing is showing up, but my credit card was charged for $129.98.

I emailed them to follow up. They are not responding to any emails. Their website has changed. The links in my order confirmation email just give a 404 error now. It feels like the whole site just vanished after they took my money.

Ordered kitchen utensils, never got them, now the site is gone

I ordered a teak wood kitchen utensil set from Woodlystore.ca on February 13th. The site said shipping would take 5 to 9 days.
On February 27th I got an email saying the owner just had a baby and was overwhelmed with orders from social media. They said orders would start shipping on March 4th. Then on March 15th, I got a promo email from them hoping I was "enjoying my new set" and offering a discount. I replied the next day saying I never got my order and asked for an update.
It's March 20th now. I never got a reply and I still don't have my order. The main website isn't active anymore, just the shop page is. I paid $68.
