Don't waste your money

I wanted to try for two weeks giving information on a very, very difficult 8 month old puppy, hoping that they can help me. Mind you, this is about my 25th plus dog I have owned and beyond difficult to train. This site, after payment was made, threw me into a site with a bunch of apps, nothing to do with dog training. With this happening I decided this is a scam and immediately replied to their email within 1.5 minutes of the order to cancel and refund money while it was still pending. With multiple emails back and forth they refused to refund my money. Customer service being a wise [censored] on many answers meaning, you're stuck, we got your $15.19, no refund. That's a lot of money when you are a senior citizen on a fixed income. Training had nothing to do with the problems I am having. Their training is basic where you can find online for free or go to the library. Researched the real reviews on Woofz only to find not good ratings and complaint with the BBB.

Charged $95 after signing up for a $36 dog training app

I signed up for what seemed like an affordable dog training app from Woofz.com. It was supposed to be $36 for 3 months. Then out of nowhere they raised the price to $95. They say it was in the print when I subscribed but it absolutely was not there.

I canceled as soon as the charges started pending. They still refused to refund the $95 that came out of my account. I never agreed to pay that much.
