Letter about an old bank with no return address on the envelope

Got a letter in the mail on 5/4/26. It says "Secured By: Worcester Cnty Inst for Svgs" which is a local bank that’s been out of business for a long time. I did have a HELOC there back in the 70s. The envelope had no return address, just a post mark that said permit no. 1333.

The letter was addressed to a first name I never go by. It’s the same name that’s caused me problems getting a Real ID. There’s a bar code on it with my Customer ID. The phone number on it is 1(877) 913-1764 and the address listed is Santa Ana, CA. Feels like phishing.
