Facebook ad for shoes turned out to be a scam

I was just scrolling on Facebook and seen an ad for shoes. It looked legit so I clicked the link. I ordered me and my boyfriend 2 pairs each. Total was $543.

Then I got a letter in the mail, not the shoes. Just a letter. I mailed it back to them but nothing. No shoes, no money back. Their website was word.toothmei.com. I don't know what else to do.
