Ordered a laser pointer but got cheap flashlights twice

I ordered a 1200 watt infrared laser pointer from worldcosmobox.com. What they sent me was a cheap LED rechargeable flashlight. I figured maybe it was a mistake so I tried again, ordered another one. Same thing, another cheap flashlight.

I’m out about 200 bucks total. I feel like a fool for going a second time. Their email is [email protected] but I haven’t gotten any reply. I’ll attach pictures of what I got versus what they showed on the site.
