Facebook ad for Ram TRX parts turned into a bunch of extra fees

I found this page on Facebook called Ram TRX parts/accessories. They had a bar and mount I wanted to buy for my boyfriend, it was $800. So we started talking and I paid through Zelle, they said they would ship it.

Then I get an email from [email protected] with a tracking number. But right after that they told me I had to pay a refundable insurance of $249 and then another $249 for a stamp to ship it. That was through a different Zelle account. Then they sent another email asking for a $500 city permit fee and I finally stopped and asked for my money back.

Now the Ram TRX page is messaging me asking if I got my package. I told them they were scammers and they just denied it. I lost $1300 total.
