Got a weird voicemail about some problem-solving service

I got a voicemail from them. It was just a recording. The same recording. It was about some problem-solving service. I don't know who they are. I never asked for this. It felt off. No real person, just that message. I didn't sign up for anything. Now I'm getting this voicemail and it doesn't make sense.

Got a message about registering my business, had to pay first

I got this message about needing to register my business. The address they gave was 15 South Main St #1035, Torrington, CT 06790. They said I had to pay something to get it done. It felt off right away, like why would I pay upfront for that? I didn't send any money, zero dollars, but the whole thing just didn't make sense. It was some problem-solving service, but there was no real company name, just this address and a demand for payment. Nothing ever came of it, no follow-up, just this weird message.
