Ordered from SHOP and they said my address was a vacant lot

I bought something online and the supplier is WOYUSON. Couldn't find a phone number anywhere so I emailed them at [email protected]. On SHOP it said my item was returned, and they asked me to verify my address for where it was supposed to go.

They had my address on record but then claimed it was a vacant lot and the item got sent back to them. They wanted me to confirm my address again. The whole email felt weird, like it was written by AI or something. I didn't trust it.

I sent another email asking for a full refund of the 31.89 dollars I lost. Never heard back. Just silence.
