Ordered a hoodie for Christmas, got a cheap jacket instead

I bought a hoodie jacket for my wife for Christmas from wrenoin.com. What showed up was a cheap jacket that looked nothing like it, just really poorly made.

I tried to send it back. They just offered me a 30% coupon to buy more of their crap. And now their so-called financial officer isn't sending any info about my return.

I would never buy anything from these people again.

Ordered sweaters from a Facebook ad and got cheap polyester instead

I saw these beautiful Celtic knitted sweaters in ads on Facebook, so I ordered three. I was really excited for the package, but when I opened it, I knew I was scammed. The items weren't anything like the ads. They have no labels about where they're made or what material they are. They aren't knitted sweaters. They're just cheap polyester.

The company won't give me a full refund. Their ads say they're in New York, but my credit card statement shows a charge from Colorado. They told me I have to ship the items back to China, but they haven't even given me a return address. They said I'm responsible for all the high shipping fees and they'll deduct that from any refund. And they said they won't refund at all if they decide the items don't meet their return qualifications. It's a total scam. I lost over $108.
