Ordered a Wuffy Dog from TV, got a fake that won't stop barking

I bought one of those Wuffy Dogs for my dad off the TV, using the barcode. When it showed up, it looked nothing like it did on the website. And it just barks non-stop. I emailed them right away to return it.

It took me sending 11 emails before they finally gave me an address to send it back to. They kept offering me a partial refund instead. I just wanted my full money back like their 30-day guarantee says.

I sent it back and waited a month. I emailed them again and they claimed they never got it. It's pretty clear they have no intention of giving me my $30 back.
