Ordered AI dogs from a TV ad, got a cheap product and a scam
I saw a TV ad for an AI dog and thought it would be good for our memory care residents. I ordered four of them, hoping they'd come before Christmas. They arrived very late, and as soon as I saw the packaging and the actual product, I knew I’d been scammed.
I emailed their support address. They told me I could either pay to send it back or they’d give me a partial credit. I’m not spending more money to return it, and I won’t accept anything less than a full refund of my $160.
This whole thing has made me really angry. I should have looked into it more. I even saw the same kind of ad recently, but with a different company name.
