Paid $32.95 for an item and got no response or shipping info

I saw a product for sale on WVirishRoadBowling.com and I bought it. I paid the $32.95. After that, there was nothing. No confirmation of my payment, no delivery date, not even a tracking number.

It's been six weeks now. I've sent emails and messages. I can see he's reading them, but he won't respond. He just took the money and I don't think he plans to ship anything.

This is the second time something like this has happened.
