Ordered hair product in May, still nothing and no refund

I ordered a hair product from this online store. Got an email showing my order number, thanking me for the order and saying they were getting it ready to ship. That was back on May 22. I have not heard anything else from them since then. No tracking, no updates, nothing to show it was actually mailed.

I just want my money back if I am not getting the product. I paid $59.25 total. I do not know what else to do at this point.
