Bought bouncers from their site never got anything

I ordered from www.shophiha.com because they had bouncers and balloon stands. They gave me a tracking number but it didn’t go anywhere. I checked it and it wasn’t from any real shipping company.

Then they said it was delivered and signed for. I asked them for the signature proof and they just ignored me. I emailed [email protected] and got nothing helpful back.

I lost $60.00. No product. No refund. Just fake tracking and no replies.
