Fake court summons about a traffic fine I never got

I got this message saying it was from the Wyoming District Court. It says I have a traffic violation summons and I have to show up on May 21, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. or else I’ll get arrested and my license suspended and they’ll take my car and garnish my wages. It even gave a badge number and a judge’s name.

But the link they wanted me to go to was https://wy.dmvcul.monster/home. That doesn’t look like any real court website. And it said to reply “G” to pay or repeat. That felt really off. I didn’t click anything.

I don’t even live in Wyoming. No idea what this is about. Just wanted to report it.
