Message on X about my account being flagged for fraud

I’m sending this because I got scammed on X. Someone messaged me saying they reported my account for fraud but it was a mistake and I wasn’t the person. They gave me someone else to contact and that person said I had to pay $250 so he could validate my account and remove the ban.

Once I paid he asked for more because the validation wasn’t 100% complete. I ended up making three payments total. After that he said there was a technical issue and then just stopped responding. I lost $750.
