Bought something from xavoryn.com and it never came

I thought I was buying a product from their website xavoryn.com. The item never showed up. I have cameras on my house so I know for a fact nothing was delivered.

I emailed them at [email protected] and it was just a loop. They kept saying it was delivered and I kept telling them it was not. They refuse to give me a refund. They claim they are in California but everything ships from China. Lost $40.
