Product shocked me and now they want a return fee

I bought something from xeviola.com in good faith. It came about two weeks after they emailed saying I should have gotten it and to follow some instructions. The product doesn't work. It felt like I was being electrocuted when I used it.

I asked for a return authorization. It took hours trying to get their portal to work over several days. Then they said I have to pay a return fee of $18.51. I just want to let the public know what a terrible company this is.
