Kept getting calls from "Xfinity Dispatch" about a wrong phone shipment

I got contacted four times from someone saying they were "xfinity dispatch." They said they shipped me the wrong phone and the right one was still at the warehouse. They knew my name, my address, and even the type of phone I ordered.

They told me I had two options. I could either return the phone or pay to keep it and they'd ship the correct one. They called four times, left three voicemails, and I finally answered on the fourth try. The numbers were +1 (256) 207-8198, +1 (478) 356-9071, +1 (478) 600-0564 and the last one was unknown.

I talked to a real rep at Xfinity. They said it seems like the scammers might be getting info from someone in the shipping department. If that's true, it should be looked into because it'll just keep happening. I was lucky and didn't give any personal info, but with the details they had, someone else might fall for it.
